Just like with on-ice training, the more you practice yoga and stretching the better you'll get.
We suggest at least 15 minutes of stretching each day, and you'll find many of the live classes are 15 minutes long. Anything beyond that is an excellent bonus!
Anytime you've got a big game or tournament, be sure to do a warm up and cool down stretch. Your muscles will be ready to move and ready to recover afterwards.
